Sanduiche sem carne
ingredientes
• ¼ cebola vermelha (ralada)- opcional
• ½ chávenas de Maionese
• 1 colher de sopa de mostarda
Dijon (ou mostarda normal)
• 8 fatias de pão branco fatiado
• 8 folhas de alface
• 2 tomates inteiros, em fatias
finas e polvihados com sal
• 226 gramas de mozarela
Misture a cebola, maionese e
mostarda numa tigela.
Barrar uma porção da mistura de
maionese em cada pedaço de pão e cobrir com alface. Colocar as fatias de tomate
e queijo; cobrir com as fatias de pão. Cortar ao meio e servir.

Ingredients
·
¼ whole Red Onion, Grated
·
½ cups Mayonnaise
·
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard, Preferably
Whole-grain
·
8 slices Good-quality Sandwich Bread
·
8 leaves Romaine Lettuce, Torn Into Large Pieces
·
2 whole Tomatoes, Thinly Sliced And Lightly
Salted
·
8 ounces, weight Smoked Mozzarella, Thinly Sliced
·
½ cups Crumbled Plain Pita Chips
Mix the onion, mayonnaise, and mustard in a bowl.
Spread a portion of the mayonnaise mixture on each
piece of toast and top with lettuce. Top 4 of the toast slices with tomatoes,
cheese, and pita chips; cap with the remaining 4 toast slices. Halve and serve.
